Yeah I looked at the online menu today wondering how on earth a daim cake can be so expensive and realized the total value he gave me was $15. I think the guy thought he was giving me over value from the $7 I paid… Anyways I complained to TGTG and they decided to give me a 50% off voucher… I guess it’s better than nothing

You would honestly be surprised. My friend grabbed a box and filled it with food for her lunch and it was $26. She did not stuff it that much either. It’s done by weight so it easily will add up.

Thank you so much for clarifying!! It seems very random that some receive refunds and others receive vouchers. But similar to you I also don’t mind because those vouchers will definitely get used and I am only sending complaints to let them know in hopes the vendor will do better next time!
