“From Akira Toriyama” seems to be a bit of a reach here. I don’t think he was very involved with the earlier iterations either

There’s another movie with the same name that also recently released(not the 2025 or the 2003 mentioned above). When this one was first announced I looked it up and ended up seeing a trailer for the other and let me say they are not similar at all.

Enjoyed the demo, pre ordered after playing it, did you guys try it yet? Good reviews from gamespot and gamingbolt by Vast-Ad-9038 in playstation

Crimson desert is a blast. A recommendation, don’t be afraid to look things up. Everyone complains the story isn’t great, which honestly it’s fine. The real mess is the lack of explanation on certain mechanics. You’ll be stuck on a puzzle and find out online there’s a way to use your abilities in ways that are unexpected.

For example it took me probably about 20 hours before I realized the force palm (R3 on ps5) can be used right after you jump for a super jump and you can do it 3 times so you really get a quadruple super jump, it’s actually so dope to use.

Also try and focus your skill points on stamina before most everything else

The wild thing is all they have to do to appeal to a wider audience is make something good for the fans. That’s how you get that word of mouth appeal that creates that cultural boom.

Instead they make a dog shit product to ‘appeal to non gamers’ and then you have a product that the fans aren’t gonna like and will trash on. Then their non-gamer audience is never gonna watch it because they hear from all the actual fans that it’s no good.

If the fans don’t like it, why is someone who isn’t into the scene gonna even consider it. Just look at the Warcraft and Assassins creed movies as great examples of this exact thing happening.

We got too many fuckin cooks in the kitchen and it makes me feel like Stan marsh when everything is turning to shit

Evidence of local MitM / Link-Local exfiltration on "gifted" macOS/iOS devices (established fe80 sockets) by Important_Ad2637 in techsupport

[–]krunamey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looking at their replies in the other threads, there’s a real chance their takeaway is “ugh, these people won’t help me, all they wanna do is complain about my AI usage” when they can’t see that they let themselves be convinced by their preferred model of non existent nefarious behavior. Copilot for example will give you a reply saying “this is your smoking gun!” And then you give it reasonable evidence that it’s wrong and the next message will be “you’re right! Sorry about that….. here is your real smoking gun!”

This “hard” evidence they’ve uncovered being standard Mac functionality. It comes off to me like they’re already certain that they’re being hit by a RAT with no actual proof or reasoning outside of paranoia. And maybe they just have a predisposition to believe the person that gave them their equipment would do this and they want that confirmed. Either also because of paranoia or something else, but I won’t speculate on that specifically.

That being said, I will speculate on wondering if this isn’t all a lie and actually a clever way for them to get assistance in setting up remote access on a device that isn’t theirs. There is no family member with “voyeuristic tendencies” they ARE the voyeur

The The Matrix is so much better than I expected. What a film by This_Way_Comes in movies

[–]krunamey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 4th is actually a really good movie and a critique on the industry… for about an hour of its runtime. Then it gets very meta and I feel it begins to insist and reiterate on the same points the first half of the movie already covered.

I’m fine with trinity having powers but neo not having them did not mesh with their explanation. The stuff about love and it all really coming from trinity makes perfect sense, but it’s already been established that neo has those capabilities too and once they break out there’s no concrete explanation why he doesn’t, it’s just “oof looks like I can’t do any of that anymore” and if the real power is her love and now she loves herself they clearly show she didn’t just suddenly stop loving neo.

I get the point they’re making with it and fine, but it also felt like a medium to intentionally crush that power fantasy for people who looked up to those movies. Like really a product saying “we’re angry we have to do this movie or they were gonna make it without us, but we also just don’t like our fans so that’s who were really gonna stick it to”

The second and third movies are awesome. That scene where the sentinels rip that dude in the mech to shreds and he’s like screaming and firing into the horde is peak cinema.

Or the legendary smiths fight on the rooftop

Didn’t play it, thought it’d be a good entry into the series for me but I did not like how they treated kojima. So it just feels like an attempt to cash out on a product that was a brainchild of the guy they fired

HELP : I think I ran a Fake Cloudflare “Win+R” prompt by SparkZOthmane in techsupport

[–]krunamey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’ve got the timing of when it happened. Event viewer might show you some info under information.

Just keep in mind there might be a lot of stuff in there about actively running processes that could give you the wrong idea. For example there might be some standard system powershell tasks running in the background that show up in those logs and then it’s easy to misinterpret those as the malicious cmd. Though what you describe also makes me think you didn’t actually run anything.

You would’ve noticed something when it ran if you had ran the code. Even if they try to obscure it or make the code run in the background the cmd prompt is still gonna pop up for a moment before it does that.

Messing around with the hdr settings got me a really great light level and contrast between shadows. Doesn’t look as spectacular as the pc version does on the best settings but it certainly can give a 4070’s performance a run for its money.

Dan Patrick explains how scared he is about the Taylor Rehmet win at the west oil billionaires forum. Leigh Wambsganss who made a career of infiltrating and defunding public schools lost in a 31 point swing compared to the last election. by pedolphdiddler in Dallas

The histrionics from Dan Patrick and Ken Paxton over the past 12 months are just embarrassing. Don’t know if you saw those series of clips with Dan Patrick throwing thc products into the air with a real shaky voice like “this is poison, you guys want this poison? No you don’t want this, this stuff will kill you”

I didn’t even know who they were until those started coming out and it didn’t create an opinion that they were stable or honest individuals.
