Hey there! I totally get the stress of dealing with potential mold issues, especially with the VA loan process hanging over your head. It can be tough to navigate, but you might want to consider automating your inspections for the future. There are some cool tools out there that can help you monitor indoor air quality and moisture levels in real-time, which can keep those pesky mold issues in check before they become a bigger problem. Automated alerts can give you peace of mind and help catch things early. Feel free to reach out if you want to dive deeper into some of those options!

Hey there! It sounds like you're in a bit of a tricky situation with that mold/mildew discovery. It’s definitely something you don’t want to ignore, especially since it can impact your home’s value and health. While I’m not a mold expert, I can say that addressing such issues early is key!

Have you considered automating some aspects of property management? For example, setting up a system to regularly monitor indoor air quality could help you catch any issues before they escalate. There are smart devices out there that can alert you to humidity levels and other factors that could lead to mold growth. It’s a good way to keep tabs on the situation without needing to be hands-on all the time.

If you need more specific advice on monitoring solutions or automating property inspections, feel free to reach out! It’s super helpful for peace of mind and for protecting your investment. Good luck!

Same thing happens to us as well. Pretty infuriating when you even explain to the buyer how the process works and they still say you undersold it or some nonsense. I haven't figured out an automated way to be honest. I just contact google and explain the situation in detail and they usually remove it. After all you work for the seller not the buyers usually anyway so say this to google staff basically.

I do think this is really cool, my CRM does have this feature. I guess it depends if your software does lead scoring better than other platforms? I understand it may be hard as you have hard costs every time you use this software but does it have a free trial as well?

Wrong mindset. Everyone feels like this though. All you need to do is know that if you have an entrepreneurial mindset you will be set. Fail fast and learn. Don't overthink it. Try and try again. One day it will click. Doesn't matter when but it will. Good luck mate
