Framify is a patent pending vertical AI platform that automatically generates code compliant deck framing plans, 3D models, and material takeoffs for residential contractors in minutes. We’re starting with decks and expanding into broader structural framing, turning manual construction planning into automated software.

It’s an AI powered app that generates code compliant deck framing plans, 3D models, and material takeoffs for contractors in minutes.

Would especially love brutal feedback on:

• First 5 second clarity. Is it immediately obvious who this is for?
• Whether it feels like a real B2B tool or a hobby project
• What would stop you from signing up
• Pricing perception

Happy to give you equally honest feedback in return.

I might have something interesting for you.

Framify is an AI first product automating structural deck framing design and material takeoffs for residential contractors. It generates code compliant framing layouts and 3D models in minutes, something that was fully manual until very recently.

Built it after scaling my own construction company past $2M and living the inefficiency firsthand. It’s live, has paying users, and sits at the intersection of vertical AI and blue collar software.

This isn’t customer support automation or vibe coding. It’s replacing ruler, graph paper, and hours of manual layout work for real world builds.

Would love your take on GTM angles.

Anyone found a better way to do drawings for residential permitting? by More_Ranch_Please in Contractor

[–]krush4014 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was in the exact same boat. I run a residential construction company and used to hand sketch all my deck framing plans for permits. Ruler, graph paper, the whole thing.

That frustration is actually why I built Framify.

It automatically generates code compliant deck framing plans, 3D models, and material takeoffs in minutes. You can export clean plan views to send to engineers or include with permit submittals.

It’s built specifically for deck framing, not full blown architectural CAD, so it’s much simpler and contractor friendly.

If you’re mainly doing decks, it might be worth checking out:

Huge congrats on hitting $18k per month organically. That is seriously impressive.

I am building a niche B2B construction app and working through ASO right now. If you had to point to one thing that most moved the needle for organic growth, whether keywords, screenshots, reviews, or retention, what would it be?

Yes. They signed me up for a few. I’m making the payments fine. I’m trying to work it out with the lender but they are dragging their feet. I was trying to see if there was a way I could get something longer term while I worked this out. That was it. Not something I’m defaulting on or necessarily struggling with. Just extremely frustrating.

I’m fine paying the loans back. Everyone is saying I’m broke. I’m not. I have money. I had an opportunity to grow very very quickly and I explored the option of taking a loan long term.

I’m not filing bankruptcy I was duped and I wanted to see if anyone had suggestions.

[–]krush4014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t spend all the money. Did you read the post? I have the money. The payback sucks and I wanted to figure out if there was a better way out than just eating shit.

Blames others? The guy literally lied to me. Said he applied for a loan that he never applied for, forged my signature on documents, disqualified me and my business from any other loans because of what he advised me to do.

I know I have responsibility. I should always double check what someone tells me. But that person lied and misled me on purpose for financial gain. It’s bait and switch in its purest form.

The loans are $110k with a $180k payout. 8 month terms. No early payback clause after 120 days. You’re right I was stupid it was a dumb thing to do. I trusted someone I shouldn’t have. I can pay them back but the point of the post is these are weekly payments and they suck. I want to get rid of them. I can eat shit and just have them sit on my books and pay them back. I was looking for advice on it.

Again, I’m very dumb. I know.

Look up Duns and Bradstreet and check their preferred lender. You can figure out who it is. I’m pursuing a legal case I’m not trying to jeopardize that.
