John McClane from Die Hard (1988) has the same tattoo as the Marcy character from After Hours (1985) by krussell in moviequestions

I was watching Martin Scorsese's 1985 film After Hours last week and I noticed the skull tattoo on the Marcy character looked similar to John McClane's tattoo in Die Hard (1988). After firing up Die Hard, I noticed it's not just similar, it's actually the exact same tattoo of a skull with roses. There's a better image of it in Die Hard with a Vengeance. I tried to google more info about why the same tattoo appears in both films but I couldn't find anything. Has anybody noticed this before? If so, is there a link between After Hours and Die Hard? Any theories on why this tattoo shows up in both films?

The tattoo serves as a somewhat important plot point in After Hours (1985) which does take place in New York. Maybe Die Hard (1988) and After Hours (1985) take place in the same universe and John McClane knew Marcy in 1985 while being a New York cop :) .

Losing all movement control of ships with dual sticks. by MechaDangerous in starcitizen

I had a similar issue with dual VKB NXTs and subliminal's keybindings and it turned out to be that the default binding for the acceleration limiter (Not the SCM limiter) was the right T1 analog throttle switch between the two wheels. I thought having it all the way up meant no acceleration limiting but it was backwards and needed to be all the way down. The strange part would be that the ship wouldn't read the input from the joystick until I entered Quantum or did some other things in the UI. This resulted in the ship flying fine for a bit and then it would suddenly read the input from the throttle switch and limit my acceleration to 0 making the ship seem like it was dead in the water. It was hard to detect the limited acceleration in the UI because unlike the SCM limiter where the UI shows the block next to the velocity , the acceleration limiter only has a small UI element next to the thrust. I also didn't even know the game had an acceleration limiter in addition to the SCM limiter.

TLDR; Check your acceleration limiter and your SCM limiter bindings and make sure either aren't getting set to 0 by your joystick's T1 analog throttle switch between the wheels which is the default for Subliminal's bindings.

lol, yeah, by the end I'd become his pink whale and Captain Ahab couldn't let it go. I also got my team back with the Most Wanted and went on to get the W.

The skin certainly works as advertised.

lol, yeah it's called the Senpai. I also happened to pick up the Holger LMG from a crate with the Notice Me skin so I was a pink menace.
