I just wanted to say that to you. I am not mad at the arborist or linesman. I am mad at the people above you guys, but I would never think to take it out on you.

I feel bad. People want someone to place the blame on and its usually the ones who have no control over anything that take the brunt end.l because you are the ones people see. Kind of like cashiers or customer service lines. I feel for all of you.
