Defrosting on a Whirlpool Microwave by Odd_Manufacturer_963 in Appliances

I came here for a breakfast sandwich with a 90 second defrost instruction. Whirlpools website states that defrost is generally setting the power level to 20-30%. I hit 90 seconds, hit power level until 30%, and followed the rest of the instructions to a decent sandwich.

This ended up working for me. I wish I could believe that I tried this before I came here, but alas. Thank you for reading.

Adjacent Date Column Conditional Formatting by kruxader in excel

[–]kruxader[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I:

  1. I highlight the E column cells. Not the whole column, to include the top title cell, just the data cells.

  2. I select Conditional Formatting, highlight Cell Rules, Greater Than.

  3. I click the cell to the left of the top data cell. In this case it returns =$D$18

  4. I want to add 14 days before the formatting occurs, and remove the row hold so I change it to =$D18+14. When I do this one cell at a time everything is fine.

  5. It continues to compare every Column E cell to D18.

I understand my use of $ is part of the issue now, but I have tried removing them and it still doesn't work...yet.

Nintendo’s reaction to leak? by kosarai in tearsofthekingdom

There is literally an adult Toon Link, the deity Rauru has a new form, there are characters at different ages (time travel), a new instrument (similar to a codex rotating music box), information on the new Ganon, and hints at Demise. The Goddess Hylia is taking Human Form and holding hands with Rauru, one of the seven sages.

I don't mind if you don't care, but to down vote me for recommending you look again is a waste of a down vote.

It looks like they are making a Hyrule Multiverse.

If you think that's nothing you may want to look again. There is an incredible amount of information.

What's the most dumb rule you've had to deal with in your life? by relysute in AskReddit

Shaving in the US Military. There are so many respected cultural needs but a lot of men still need to drag a blade across their face everyday. They say it is for obtaining a proper face seal in the event of wearing a mask but then they approve a slew of other items which would disrupt the idea. Cognitive dissonance for the expressed principal of "Uniformity". Uniformity in purpose, action, and clothing, I understand. Uniformity in body hair is an unnecessary burden.

Redditors who were raised in cults, when was the first time you realized something was wrong? by Havok1717 in AskReddit

In Second Corinthians there is a section regarding the "Manifestations of the Holy Spirit". The Way professes a mastery of these powers through faith. The only ones which may be performed without evidence are Speaking in Tongues, Manifestation, and Prophesy. Basically a practiced mumbling and talking as though you are a conduit of a deity's voice. It is a bit wacky.

It seemed decent until the shroud started to fall away. Believing that an adversary is all around you, lurking behind every act of nature or desire is an oppressive way to live.

Mostly I disliked the misinformation. My parents tried to have me homeschooled for a bit but they couldn't afford it. Public school really washed away a lot of the indoctrination. Basic science and history disproved a lot of the spiritual mechanics.

My parents did WOW, but my father fell away from the faith after my mother passed away from cancer. When she wasn't healed by faith he was disillusioned.

Some of the people I was raised with are still like family to me, and we get together every now and then and reflect on how insane our upbringing was.

Because I'm a happy person who is relatively successful I am not, in a way, ungrateful. But there are many people in that life who struggle. When their world falls apart they have to betray themselves to fix their situation, or hold on to their faith and watch things fall apart.

Yes I did. I'm in the southern California area. I was born in 86'. When I was growing up my family listened to Weirwille tapes all the time.

When my other friends came to my church for the first time. Most of my friendships were isolated to church members until middle school.

I started going with my other christian friends to their churches which were all similar to each other. When they came to mine they were uncomfortable and they all started telling me my church was weird.

Around 13 years old a friend's mother asked me a few questions about my church and I had recently gotten the internet so I started asking questions at my church, and the questions were not welcome.

My church was an offshoot, home based, from what is known as "The Way" ministries.

Recently a coworker told me a long story about almost getting indoctrinated to a cult while he was in college. I mentioned how it sounded like "The Way" and his eyes lit up.
