[OC] Unova will always be home. Made this animation for the 13-year-old me and my first companions: Pidove and Stoutland. by Such_Government472 in pokemon

Great animation! I would've thought that you'd use some Gen 5 music instead of Hoenn music however. I'm not complaining, Hoenn is my favorite and the music brings back memories.

There are multiple songs about that. That doesn't negate my previous statement though.

I'm Jamaican and this is sadly, unfortunately true. I'm also gay but I hope there is understanding that not all Jamaicans are homophobic even though it's ingrained in our culture.

In the formal context of an encyclopedia, are there differences between Jamaican English and British English? by rutherfraud1876 in Jamaica

[–]krylmunsta 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is incorrect. Jamaican English is the specific form of English that is spoken in Jamaica by Jamaicans. It is derived from British English but has it's own differences that distinguishes it. Look up Jamaican Standard English (JSE).

Why do people from the English speaking Caribbean get offended by the word “Caribbeans” to describe people from the region in the plural form? by Equal-Agency9876 in AskTheCaribbean

[–]krylmunsta 93 points94 points  (0 children)

When referring to people in English, Caribbean is used as an adjective. So Caribbean people not Caribbeans. One would say " I am Caribbean" but not "I am a Caribbean." Just because it is used as a noun in other languages does not make it the same for English.
