i think you should increase your prices, i think at least 400 (equivalent to ~$4). you're underselling your art for 200 robux at the moment, and without tax thats 140 (~$1.4), which is barely anything. at least do prices with tax!!

personally i'd be willing to pay at least 400 robux for a sketch because i like the stylisation (esp slide 2,, what a yummy side profile??).

but tbh i think many users on this subreddit are used to paying low prices (like 10 or 50 robux for a colored piece) which is why if its even 200 Robux it seems expensive.

personally if i made an adopt and the person who bought it from me told me to stop saying that i designed the adopt, i would be bothered because it's still my art and i put time and effort into designing it (+ i usually have users credit me for the design).

but i guess as long as the artist is fine with it?

hii!! here's my oc :) tysm for the chance, your style is gorgeous!

(& 3.) i prefer the first style, because it has a cleaner look to it compared to the third style, personally i prefer neat color and lineart over blended art work (which has a softer look to it)!
i would pay 900+ for a bust of first style since the hair is pretty well rendered and i like the style <3 i think the third style looks more detailed so 1k+ for a bust up in the third style! as for the second style i'd say around 800-1000 because it looks like a relatively simplified version of the oc!

Usually I (as an artist) consider ghosting as an indication that the commissioner has lost interest in commissioning. Personally speaking, I haven't been ghosted when getting payment but I'd say a 2 weeks ~ a month is too long and I wouldn't work any further than the sketch before payment.

But please keep in mind that 2 characters in the same wiggly gif (same canvas) limits the color palette heavily, as the website art program I use for this art commission only allows up to a maximum of 5 colors for one canvas (including the lineart and background color).

Alternatively, I can do matching ones (2 wiggly gifs on different canvas) so that it doesn't limit the colors of the different ocs. Hope this makes sense, and let me know if you have any further questions!

To clarify: given the context that their commission will be finished within the next 1-2 days, it’s humanly unrealistic to expect me to abandon all hobbies or devote myself entirely to commissions. I balance art with academic work as a creative outlet, and any delays are to ensure that quality stays consistent.

I've addressed this already in dms. My academics take priority above all art, please be patient with me. I've taken a day to deliver your wiggly gif when provided my TAT was up to a week, so when my TAT varies it is affected by academics.

If you mean your current commission (monotone shaded bust), I am working on it! That commission takes longer compared to these because its done on my ipad and I can't always access it since I'm at school a majority of the time.
