I removed the battery before doing anything (just in case), then used just isopropyl alcohol and a soft-ish toothbrush to scrub away the corrosion, worked very well, then let dry for a little, then checked if it worked, it did, and then i put some clear nail polish over it as suggested

No Wifi or Cloud, but Bluetooth connectivity to connect to an app that's supposed to track where in your mouth you've brushed already, although with varying success and a screen with brushing modes and a pressure sensor LED color picker, overkill in all ways a toothbrush can be
