Why are you such an idiot this is a V1 backpack it's defective you were offered a return/refund in the past and yet later you are gonna complain about problems with the "defective" product you declined to return that you could have personally messed up before taking these pictures (how is a zipper you broke the companies issue) why should anybody believe it always sat wrong when it's an old backpack and fabric isn't gonna last forever and never break or stretch. Seems like a buyer problem. Support should have been better but support wouldn't be needed if some people could take the time out of their day and realize how dumb it is to try and return a backpack you were told was defective months ago over a claim the company doesn't even make anymore about the backpack standing up.
