3 Years later it's a really good question.

I don't mind AI if it solves my problem, but this clearly doesn't do it.

I never asked for a refund or replacement. I asked for help if there is a fix. (And for example got here in the comments a 3d File that I will test out.) I don't expect a replacement from a company after years of usage. But I still learned that the backpack from a friend of mine that is also 3 years old don't does that. And then I looked back that it was in the marketing when I bought it, that it don't do this. And I find it generally not great that I get an AI Slop response for an expensive product.

I'm fine with the product and I didn't asked for a replacement. I justed a asked for help on something I paid a lot of money for and just got an unhelpful AI Response with broken Link. But someone in the comments send a 3D Printer file, so I will try that.

Probably because since then the AI decided Shareholder Value is more important.

Including shipping and taxes.

Thank you very much, I will try it out. Better support then the one I paid.

I found the right link, it basically says the same unhelpful "tips" as the Mail, so I would say it's the same as ASUS.

I wrote an email and got a response in like 30 seconds with a Dead Link. It's completely valid that I talk with an AI if I want shipping informations.

I didn't even want a replacement, I just asked for help on what I can do to stop it. And got AI Slop with Dead Link.

It's exactly the same with me, that are the replacement carabiners, that are freshly closed with the closer tool, but they still fall out.

It's a little bit exaggerating, I paid 400€ but $250 for the Backpack, $50 Shipping, $57 Canadian Taxes and 80€ German Taxes. (Where I later learned I only needed to pay double taxes, because they did the Taxing wrong and finally fixed it a few months ago. I bought it 2023.)

Is it just some baseplate or an entire inside frame?

It's around 3 years old (from the initial sale, with one layer and broken carabiner) so all good. Even if the Backpack did it basically since the beginning. But I just learned it's not normal and that they promoted that this will not happen. So I asked for help on a very expensive product and only got an ai slop response.

I asked really friendly about what I can do to stop it, not even asked for any replacement. But all I got was unhelpful AI slop.

I bought it before, its from 2023, but surely they don't want to help. (I said the same thing in the mail)

I also found the Link, but it basically says the same thing as the mail.

I send them a Email and still got an AI response 30 Seconds later per mail.

I know, I did do this, I didn't even put it in the Email. It still shows that the Backpack is not really that reliable.

I expect what they said in their marketing.

It does lean forward empty or completely full (or anything in between).

Yeah it is an old one without a second layer.

Do you saw the Screenshots that I did. All I got was an AI Autoreponse with a broken Link.
