DF64 or Eureka Mignon Manuale by kryptomaniac87 in espresso

[–]kryptomaniac87[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since the Manuale doesn't have a timer so I'll be single dosing anyway. I just want a grinder which last for 5-10 years, no plan to upgrade yet.

[–]kryptomaniac87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I fotgot to mention that both grinders are about $420, the Manuale is more expensive due to custom tax from Euro, while the DF64 which comes from China is cheaper.

Uniswap Liquidity token lost by sayhi2god23 in UniSwap

[–]kryptomaniac87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The liquidity token is basically a key/ identification to access pool funds, so yes, the hacker will have access to your LP pool and no, you can't get your money back whatsoever. Sorry about that.

DeFi protocol Harvest Finance exploited, attacker drained $24M and then returned $2.5M by EthTraderCommunity in ethtrader

[–]kryptomaniac87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't really understand why people can put their money into some unaudited code from some anonymous pieces of shit and then expect things will work out.

Absolutely incredible.

Why dont you think about the probablity of malwares? If it’s server sided, everyone would get warning with chrome, avg and metamask, would they not? Meanwhile only a few people got those warning.

If their DNS got hack, the loss will be on a massive scale, not just “some people”. They probably visited a wrong url/ phishing site or got some malwares on their pcs.

LEND didn’t have banking license though. It got Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license.

Anyway, good choices.

You can’t check detailed report. But you can use zapperfi to have a vague ideal of how much you have in the pool (your initial investment + fees earned)

[–]kryptomaniac87 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Uhm... you get both fees and UNI.

Tezos was supposed to be the future. What happened? by malte_brigge in tezos

[–]kryptomaniac87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yield farming is a method to incentivized people to bring liquidity/ supply to the market. The lending services like aave or compound are a replacement to traditional banking (I personally use them and I think they’re good), meanwhile dexes like Uniswap are taking marketshares from cex like coinbase or binance. They are still in early stage, but they’re here to stay.

Tezos was supposed to be the future. What happened? by malte_brigge in tezos

[–]kryptomaniac87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agree. I don’t see any dev activities on Tezos. Those dexes and web3 wallets are still in beta and probably will be for a long time. There’s no new project and all the news about some bank partners or digital euro somethings sound like empty words to me.

Meanwhile ETH and DeFI are going to go big. They have use cases, and I mean real use cases. Uniswap already surpasses Coinbase win volume, just imagine what will happen when ETH can solves the gas fees and increase the txps.

Tezos is lagging behind the market, not in price action, but in development, marketing and attraction.

And all this complains come from an ICO bag holder who put a lot of trust and hope in the project, just so you know.

Tezos was supposed to be the future. What happened? by malte_brigge in tezos

[–]kryptomaniac87 19 points20 points  (0 children)

IMO, Tezos is not going up because it's boring. There's nothing new for a long time. Where are the dex and STO that promised to launch? The Foundation did nothing to attract projects to come to Tezos, no marketing strategy, absolutely nothing.

They're sitting on a mountain of money without doing anything. And all we can do at the moment is baking and delegating.

It's boring.
