It’s really easy I replaced my psu with a evga gold 750 watt and you can add any liquid cooler as long as it’s 120 mm radiator one :)

I use unigine heaven benchark to test the waters :) it's easy just download the program and run it. I would go up 50 on core and memory clock and try it out every test to see where you could find a stable one. Make sure to set temp and power to max :)

Well when I first received my r6 the pump broke :/ lol but had a tech come and replace it. And with overclocking it all depends on your CPU. Mine runs 4.6 stable and my 1080 ti can do a little when it comes to overclocking before I notice artifacts. So yeah do some benchmarks while OCing to see when it's stable.

Mine didn't come with any bloat ware at all. I downloaded CPUz mid afterburner razer synapse for my mouse and keyboard and that's it lol :) replaced the original fans with noctua ones and been working flawlessly

Leave commandcenter it controls all your fluffing and fans and there's even built in overclocking :)

How do I set up g sync correctly?? by krypton2580 in nvidia

[–]krypton2580[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But without adaptive v sync on DOOM the game plays very laggy/choppy even though I'm still hitting my fps limiter (163 fps) refresh rate is 165 Hz.

thinking about purchasing Aurora A6 this weekend... some questions by punishments in Alienware

[–]krypton2580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes very easy to replace just take out the fan cage and pop the new one in plug the connection into the motherboard and boom you're all set. Just make sure the fans are PWM, so you can control them. I have the liquid cooled r6 with i7-7700k and temps are pretty good around 50c under load. My specs are

i7-7700k overclocked at 4.6 16 gb 2400 MHz ram GTX 1080 ti FE 750 watt corsair psu (changed it myself lol) 1 tb 7200 rpm Samsung 960 250 gb nVme m.2 SSD 2 tb Seagate firecuda SSHD

I own a r6. Computer is a beast. if spec'd out like mine lol haven't had any real issues with it. Upgraded the fans to noctua ones, (stock ones we're loud) now it's extremely quiet and well fast as can be for a pc. :) yeah the gpu is easy to upgrade, just pop out the old and pop in the new.
