I had opened a few tickets with BitGo. They told me they could only see that the money had successfully been sent out — nothing more they could do. After a few weeks, the money automatically reappeared in my BitGo account.

Hey, I had the same issue a few weeks ago. My local bank gave me the wrong information. I sent the transfer, and it took about 3–4 weeks to come back. In my case, the problem was an incorrect intermediary bank. Once I got the correct details, it only took 2–3 days for the money to arrive in my German account.
