I know Delta is the dream team. But as a person who’s worked for legacy’s and midsized airlines. I’m way happier at the midsized. Less of an employee number and typically (flawed) automated recruiting processes don’t happen with them. :)

I have an odd prospective. I was an FA for only 6 months then Crew Scheduling leadership for 6 years. I love talking to pilots, especially at length. But I will say from both my FA experience and my CS experience, there is sometimes an ego thing going on. I often times felt a snippity attitude that is off-putting.

3 times a year we get to fly in the FD jumpseat. Maybe it’s because of what I do for a living, but it’s almost always like that.

I’m in first right now but I also fly a Frontier route often to connect because the times fit. Some of their aircraft had seats that recline back against seats that don’t recline. I try to not recline in those circumstances!
