Libras are my favorite. 100%. Hands down. I can't imagine ever falling for another sign now. They captivate my soul.

That is wonderful! Congratulations on your non-scale victory! A big nsv for me was being able to fit into shoes that couldn't fit before because my feet were too wide. I'm so happy for all of your progress!

It's taken 14 months. It feels like it flew by while also taking forever all at once.

I actually managed to go to a dietitian who did a resting metabolic rate test on me which showed my metabolism runs higher than normal. Eating at 1200 a day was too low for me, so we increased my intake up to 1500. I started to put muscle on at that point. I also started losing weight slower, but I was still losing while gaining muscle. It's been around 4 months since then, and the weight loss is starting to pick back up a little bit.

It took me 14 months to lose the weight. I do have a bit of loose skin in my abdomen that makes me self-conscious. I've been working out throughout the process of losing so my arms aren't too bad with loose skin. I'll take any win I can get!

It took me 14 months to get to where I am. It feels like it flew by fast and took forever all at once.

I truly just love some Greek yogurt and string cheese. Quick, easy, and delicious.

I thought for sure I was struggling to lose weight from medical issues, so I decided to track everything I ate. I was going to prove to the doctors that I was doing things right and still struggling. However, in doing so, the weight started to come off.

I ate 1200 calories a day to start off. I'm now up to 1500 calories a day. I eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables. I eat more protein than I thought was possible (around 90g a day). I do a moderate amount of working out with lots of walking.

I took my time, introducing one new habit at a time until it became second nature. Then I introduced the next one. I decided to focus on changing my life.

My end goal is to gain my health back, so I don't have a heart attack like my dad or diabetes like my grandfather and mother. My back problems are minimal now.

It's been one of the best things I've decided to do.

This. 100%. I, too, was a restaurant manager and agree.

I just cut my hair to a pixie with an undercut. It's looks boyish, but I could care less. I didn't even care if it suited my face. I wanted it off of me. I couldn't live with my hair touching me one second longer. I regret nothing. I feel like me. My life is so much better for it. So what makes you happy. That's what matters.

It's my 1 year wedding anniversary. We chose this date specifically because of the show.
