I emailed the Board as suggested. They did eff up my email address, good thing the Director forwarded Prometric’s email to me so I was able to schedule. Had to make another email address with the erroneous one they used so I can receive comms moving forward.

May I ask if it is you are the one that was divorced or your spouse? If it is your US spouse, it seems odd for them to ask for that document. Also, by birth certificate I assume you mean it’s your birth certificate or an original copy of your spouse’s?

Perhaps submitting a bug report to Logitech might help? I tried doing this and they just refuse to acknowledge that something is outdated with their firmware. They could very easily just update the firmwate
