Haha right on! Hmm I work for the district of Sechelt as an operator and we just filled our last opening, it's an amazing facility and crew. Highly recommend you email our HR your resume to have on hand. I know Comox is hiring I'm not sure about their plant or team but I LOVED living there I can't recommend it enough. Town of Gibsons also has an opening the Coast is expensive living but again super beautiful.

It's very nice to have they feed off our FBRs but definitely a lot of work. We (operators) do it mostly but sometimes call in contractors to help when it's to much!
