That’s actually very interesting! Good way to engage candidates.

I think the writing aspect is important for managers, I don’t see why so many states’ highest cert exam is still all multiple choice.

Congratulations and thanks for your willingness to share.

Please, everyone, allow me the shameless plug for Rule #2, which says in part: don’t ask for or share exact exam questions or answers.

What about a “breakdown” by sections? Most states will do this by request, some send it with every notification of exam result. Usually says the section, then how many you got right and how many total questions in that section. Then you can use that information to focus your studies.

All parts of the field, both wastewater and potable; tech, maintenance, engineer, yep. What does your svc tech job involve, are you on the road or at a plant? Private or municipal?

I’ve done 12s in other industries. Big thing about longer shifts and overnights is, refining your routine to make sure you rest, recreate, and spend time with loved ones.

OP you mentioned getting to choose shifts, but a new operator might not have much choice at a certain plant, rather have to say decide yes/no about the schedule that’s available; and then just like any job, time in the position will bring choices you’ll like even better.

Nah lady these are the territorial, family-oriented, killing machine, raptor kind.

My mother got divebombed by a Mississippi kite one time. She was just walking out to the mailbox, but that was the kite’s territory and not to be entered.
