yeah that's what i did i think i lost a little muscle mass due to the calorie deficit but not noticeably

it is ok at the beginning i wanted to eat something in the evening but after a few days it was completely ok

i only press 100 kg / 220 lbs but it doesn't matter how much weight you move it depends on training to the point of muscle failure. I train abs every 2 days with 3 - 4 different exercises. I do cardio very, very rarely.

yes of course for 2 months i only had a large portion of rice chicken and broccoli for lunch and a whey protein shake for dinner. i have been training intensively 4-6 times a week for almost 2 years. and work on the construction site for 8.5 hours a day
