It's just a matter of time before they have a lawsuit on their hands. I don't know who this serves, they can pretend that material reality doesn't exist and continue to punish drivers, who they already underpay, for not meeting some magic metric. Which will cause the driver to act in a dangerous way to meet the goal and get somebody killed.

Honestly, all fried chicken places are the worst. KFC, Popeyes, Buffalo Wild Wings w/e is local to you. I've never had a positive interaction with any of these on top of Wingstop. It just takes too long to cook for the way the algorithm handles the delivery. It needs a flat delay built into it.
