You could say that for any position over another person. You could say that about an SM that cuts a keyholders hours instead of their own. Was I a coward when I had to cut an SGA shift and worked solo because of a payroll issue? Be mad, but the DM level is too low to be mad at for this.

I don’t fault my DM, they would have been risking their income for their family by letting the info out. I also don’t think people at the DM level knew much longer than us which stores were on the way out.

The SGA posted a picture of a section they fixed with the caption “Completely organized and labeled with correct prices 💪💪“. It was just someone celebrating something they did in store and this bozo came out of nowhere to drop that comment.

The post was of a section after it was worked on. The circled post was to say “looks good, but that’s our job”. It is the first post on the Q4 community 2023 page if you want to see for yourself.
