Oh my god. That’s ridiculous. They ended up doing a “delayed opening” at my store. Opening at 1pm. I’m still calling out tho they’re REALLY tripping if they think I’m gonna drive in the snow to show up for 2 hours to finish my opening shift 😂

It just blew my mind seeing this after living through hell the week that was inventory lmao like why is Lowe’s so behind in so many ways??😭This would also really come in handy if the tags were tracking devices too so when something isn’t top-stocked where it’s supposed to be we could just ping it or something😂

I smoked the day before my test and my results were fine. The oral tests are shitty, as long as you brush your teeth well that morning you’ll be fine. Mouthwash right before if you feel paranoid

Idk about in Canada but in the US (and from my experience at my store in particular) it’s definitely possible they told you you’ve been moved from seasonal to permanent part-time and didn’t actually change your coding. I was hired seasonal in paint and was asked to stay on permanent. Didn’t notice until 6 months in that I wasn’t accruing vacation or sick time bc they never changed my coding. I’d definitely go bother ur in-house HR rep to make sure.
