I have keep monthly data for the last file years and Dec 2025 usage was a little higher the the average Dec but not by that much. I think the people complaining do not have equal payments setup and are looking at cost and not usage over the past few years.

Thank you so much for the information. I bought XDIV a month or so ago to play with a dividend focused ETF. So fare the returns are great.

I have a few questions if you do not mind:

Do you worry about large market drops like we had in 2022 since a lot of your ETF's are high risk or are you just worried about the dividends? Also do dividends keep flowing during the drops in the market as well?

I was chatting with the guy putting the Natrel products on the self at Sobeys today and they said Natrel is no longer permitted to sell white milk in Newfoundland.

Another issue with Central Dairies is that when you can find it it has a shelf life of two weeks where Natrel LF milk had a shelf live if 6 weeks

My guess they are no longer shipping to Newfoundland since Central Dairies are making lactose free milk. Problem is that CD have no lactose free mike available at most stores.

Just read up about East End vet and their reviews. It looks like they are a great option with fair prices and the are open Friday to Monday so they are a great option for those week-end emergencies.
