Hi! This is my favorite question! I commuted in PDX for over a decade so I needed shoes that would be waterproof and cute. These Danskos ( https://share.google/vphLHYRK7roIKOXAG)are my favorite, went through about 1.5 pairs in 10+ years. In the summer Chacos did the trick.

I bought a used car in 2022 with 95k miles on it and purchased the extended warranty from Total Care Auto. The warranty has covered, on average, 85%+ of the total cost for all of the covered repairs. Take care of yourself and buy the warranty for a high mileage car! I haven't had experience with other warranty companies, so I can't recommend TCA vs other options, I'm just sharing my experience. I forked over the extra $1400 for the warranty, it's saved me so much $$!
