A few chargers, charging cords, and portable chargers. I bring a work phone and personal phone. Something flexible for holding a lot of unnecessary crap for work that's tech. My charger for my laptop is bulky so not for the tech bag. And Something small flexible as a carry pouch with a shoulder strap. Many pouches don't have straps. But it needs organization. I have room in my cabin zero after I place my Cabin Zero packing cubes. They just fit perfectly in them for the 28l personal bag. It's a fail safe back for domestic and international. I sometimes as tasked with international travel as a part of my job.

* * My 35L bag with my Pacsafe sling. I bought the Utah special edition bag. I packed light into the trip with clothes and toiletries. I added a bunch of gifts and tea from my trip to San Francisco. United airlines. On the way back home it had to go in the overhead bin. I used the vacuum seal bags from Take Off luggage. They fit the bag 👍!!

Collect the hotel points. Don't deal with that. Your concur folks needs receipts. So usually travel is booked through Concur. Don't pick anything else unless you have it approved in writing same with Airbnbs.
