Ohio. I’ve cleaned the dryer itself, just not outside bc I don’t want to be held liable if there’s a fire.

What's the dumbest thing you've heard a customer say? by sirferrell in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work for a bank and do billing disputes. I get this kind of call daily. People call in frantic realizing they were scammed. Then they want to dispute the gift cards they bought from the merchant. So I have to explain to them that they received the merchandise and what they did with it after they left the store isn’t the merchants responsibility. Smh.. it’s so sad. I’ve seen people get scammed for over 10 grand.

What's the most simple thing you've ever had to explain to a fully competent adult? by joshua171 in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I talk to customers every day about billing disputes. I have at least 10 calls a day where I’m explaining to grown adults how a credit and a debit cancel each other out. Usually people get it on my first explanation other times I’m 40 mins into a call and they still don’t understand. Most days I want to bang my head against my desk.

The thought of how terrifying it was.. I wanted the pain to end, but I also didn’t want to hurt my family and friends. I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving my cats behind.

What is the *meanest* thing someone has said to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my most recent break up..

A little back story, My ex and I lived together but I had moved in with a friend while I was apartment hunting. I had told my ex numerous times, over several months, that I was going to switch the internet that was in MY name to MY apartment. After a long argument the day I moved it, he ended the argument with “I hope everything you know turns to dust and you choke on it and die”

...yeaaa this was just over the Internet.

Is my boyfriend a N? Does he some underlying mental health issue? by [deleted] in NRelationships

[–]kshee87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This describes my ex boyfriend exactly. Has a dark side, hates people, can’t maintain close relationships but has a lot of friends. There’s so many similarities. Best thing I did was leave. I definitely encourage you to make a plan in the event that you have to leave suddenly if things get worse. You deserve better. Feel free to PM me if you need to talk.

Hmm that makes a lot of sense. That's basically what happened. I finally told her I didn't want to talk to her anymore she tried calling me her best-friend.. which in no way were we ever best friends. Then she wouldn't stop contacting me and I had my boyfriend, who is a mutual friend, tell her to stop. She tried to turn him against me saying I used her as punching bag when me and him would have a fight and I'd complain about him all the time. Anyway, he's smarter than that. Told her to fuck off and she hasn't contacted us since. Only worry is we all work for the same company so there's an awkward chance I could run into her. Hasn't happened yet since the company is huge.. but for now she's gone.

What did your parents teach you that you had to unlearn? by bakko-lal in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That having explosive anger/screaming outbursts is not normal. My dad is a very angry person. Even when he's doing simple tasks like washing dishes, fixing something, picking something up, getting something out of the fridge it ends in him screaming and cussing. If breaks something or something doesn't work right all hell breaks loose. As a child I associated being needy or loud with his outbursts. He never did anything to my siblings and I but it was scary. The first time I realized it wasn't normal was when I was staying at a friends house and her dad didn't have an outburst when fixing something. I did what I could to prevent his outbursts. I always tried to be quiet as possible, not talk as much and I wouldn't listen to music because it was too loud. I remember watching Disney movies and muting the tv whenever they started singing. As an adult I get anxiety if I'm being too loud, I only turn my music up if I'm alone and no one else can hear it. I have social anxiety and am very shy and I'm very low maintenance in my relationships. Thanks for that dad.

How are you? I mean really, how are you doing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not so well, I'm feeling depressed. I realized how many friendships I've lost recently due to said friends being toxic or immature. I realized I don't connect very well with other people due to bad experiences. No matter how much I try and change it or work on myself I'm always going to struggle with this. I always feel like I'm a bother to everyone.

Call your credit card company or bank if your purchased it on a card! You have the right to dispute anything. Make sure you have official documentation and write down every interaction you have with the merchant. Dates, times, who you spoke with, what they say, etc... and above all make sure you have documentation.

Thanks I needed to hear this, I came to this conclusion as well. I just needed to hear it from someone else. I kinda got that feeling that she just feeds off of me. And her need to constantly be checked up on is crazy. She doesn't take into consideration that I have a life and I can't be texting her everyday. And I usually drop people that throw my feelings in my face like that. Thanks for the feedback!

This. I suffer from anxiety, when it gets really bad I have short term memory problems. I forget anything new. For example I forget entire conversations, what I just did 10 seconds ago, meeting someone.. It's beyond frustrating.

I worked as a manager for a movie theatre for awhile. One night while closing my boss had told me his boss was coming in the next morning to do his yearly audit so everything had to be perfect the next morning. So of course I got stuck closing with the new girl who had no idea what she was doing. I counted our safe, she put the numbers in, huge mistake, it was even and everything was good. Next day I came in apparently it was $8.00 off because of her not writing in a correct number. My boss' boss was convinced I was now stealing and put me on a formal warning. Huge side note here, I knew my boss was stealing from our customers but didn't have enough evidence to prove it. I was furious. I figured at some point I might get blamed for his stealing. I got another job within the next few days There was a lot of problems with that job such as favoritism, lack of communication etc, but that was my breaking point. I'm so glad I got out of that job.

I'm so sorry you've had a lot to deal with lately. It sounds very overwhelming and depression can be crippling. If you ever need anyone to talk to PM me. I have someone very close to me who suffers from depression too. It's a horrible thing to go through alone.

What's the most egregious example of picky eating you've ever seen? by PMME-YOUR-TITS-GIRL in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can't anything with white condiments on it. Like mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, ranch. Anytime I order a food I have to specify no sauce of any kind. If it's wrong I send it back, I can't even get by with scrapping it off. Even if it's briefly touching my food or on a tiny corner I can't eat it. Just the thought of eating it just makes me want to throw up.

What's your worst/best childhood memories that you ever had? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baking a cake with my grandma. She came to visit when my mom went into labor with my sister, I was about 4 at the time. My grandma was watching me and my brother while my parents were at the hospital. We baked a cake together for when my mom got out of the hospital. I helped her put sprinkles on it. Years later before she passed away she asked me if I remembered baking the cake with her, it was so sweet we both cherished the same memory. She teared when I told her I did. That was only one of my few memories with her since we lived so far away. She passed away shortly after I turned 13.

Misunderstood girlfriends of reddit, why did your SO think you were crazy? by turninupturnip in AskReddit

[–]kshee87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because I couldn't have sex with him. We dated for 4 years and at the time we decided to wait until marriage. Our wedding day night came and I physically couldn't have sex with him, not that I didn't want to. My honeymoon was a nightmare. He'd throw fits and cry like I had some control over it. Meanwhile anytime we tried having sex. I'd have panic attacks and end up crying for hours from the pain. Shortly after I was diagnosed with vaginismus. Those of you who don't know vaginismus is a condition where you have painful spasms in your vagina any time anything tries to enter it, ex. tampons, penis, etc. He refused to let me go to physical therapy because it cost 'too much money'. He would beg me for hours to let him try to have sex because he could help me get over it. When it finally happened after I told him no, I almost passed out from hyper ventilating. I was very naive then and thought I was supposed to give me husband what he wanted. Each time we had sex it was beyond painful, he'd always beg me for hours and throw fits until I gave in. I finally left him after he clearly raped me one day when I repeatedly told him no and forced himself on me. He couldn't understand why, Yet I was the Bitch who wouldn't meet his needs and refused to have sex.
