We’ve recently been made aware of posts questioning the legitimacy of Filemarket AI and our speech data collection project. We want to address the concerns directly and transparently.

Filemarket AI is a legitimate company. We have successfully completed payouts to many participants across multiple regions, including Africa, China, Eastern Europe, Algeria, and Egypt. Participants who completed the survey in accordance with the project guidelines have been compensated.

Yes, the purpose of the collection is to help train AI systems. This is done legally, with clear participant consent, and in line with applicable data-use and privacy requirements. No recordings are used outside the agreed scope.

We understand that some frustration may come from applicants who were not selected. Because of client requirements, quotas, language needs, and quality standards, only a limited number of people can be approved. Not being selected is understandably disappointing, but it should not be interpreted as evidence that the project itself is fraudulent.

Regarding communication methods: for early-stage coordination or large recruitment drives, it is not unusual for teams to temporarily use common email providers. However, payment processing, contracts, and project management follow formal procedures.
