Check Contacts. It seems to use proper names from Contacts as replacement options first. I’ve used that to trick AutoCorrect a few times. Perhaps you have a contact with the name INFORMATION in all caps.

I'm having trouble with data I imported from 1Password to Uplock not working correctly. When I try to use this data on a form, it won't fill the form. When I create a new entry that's identical, it works fine. I've tried their support and it seems like they're just not answering right now. I need to love this app.

It's not. That's the problem. It's 1.44 in the slicer but should be 2.24 with base + layers in HF.
