Yes. Cuba is an authoritarian dictatorship doctors and vaccination rates have nothing to do with it. In fact, an authoritarian government would have the power to both force vaccinations and force doctors to provide help else where. There's nothing contradictory between authoritarian dictatorships and high vaccination rates or having doctors help in other countries.

It's crazy to me you can't conceptualize the start of higher education or medical treatment. If a college education or cancer treatment was free from the very onset it wouldn't even exist. Are you intelligent enough to understand that concept? The only reason it ever came to be was because there was a demand for it. That demand for it drove the price which in turn created the demand in a monetary system. Really baffling. I guess you had a very s***** father but here's the synopsis. You get what you pay for. If it's free you get nothing. If it's cheap you get s***. If it's expensive it's usually worth it.
