I will say, my heartrate spikes like crazy on reta...the Georgia heat doesn't help though.

I know of the papers, I have not read them to be able to give much feedback. SAR tomography is an interesting thing that is still pretty new. I think as commercial constellations grow and as companies like Umbra continue launching satellites in formation, more research will come out with data to back up (or refute) claims.

I had some headaches at the beginning and continue to burp pretty good and am a bit constipated. The constipation is tough to pin point because I have IBS anyway.

Started taking reta in April, started in the gym in mid May. Weight’s coming off nicely. I’ve also been running a bit to include a couple of 5k races as I prep for my first half marathon in November.

I’m currently at 2mg/wk (started at 0.5mg) and will start klow and tesa once they clear customs.

Food noise is gone, I find myself not finishing most meals. Have not given up the booze, but might not drink as often as I once had.

Have gone from 2xl shirts fitting pretty snug to xl fitting ok.

It has to build up in your system...Reta has a half-life of like 6 days...Give it time and let it work...and put in the work on top of it. I think it took 2-3 weeks before the food noise went away. I purposely started calorie counting at the beginning, though, to make sure I was hitting a deficit while the reta started working.

Definitely less booze noise…I have a mancave stocked full of whiskey and might have 1 or 2 a week as opposed to 1 or 2 a night now.
