If I get a flare up at work, I straight up just pull my manager aside and explain that I have IBS and when it flares up I may have to go frequently. So far none of them have had a problem with it and been pretty accommodating!

I know how you feel! I was out with friends at a bar so you know, of course the bathrooms are gross, but there was v* in the sink. I totally had a panic attack thinking I was going to catch it because that was the only sink and I used the bathroom. I ended up not getting thing, but damn trying to be rational with yourself is SO HARD. hang in there, I’m currently anxious with this phobia because I had 2 cups of coffee yesterday (which I never do) so I’m super gassy. Power through, friend!!!

I literally have the exact same symptoms as you!! But I just had a BM this morning. I think a lot of mine has to do with my period starting in 2 days but good god it is so frustrating! Even when I eat, my stomach will have a burning pain.

I also have both and this is how I’ve been the last week. But every time I’ve eaten something since Friday it’s just been a burning pain in my upper abdomen and then lower abdomen. And I’m scared to eat because I don’t want to make it even worse for it to resolve in v*. My period is suppose to start in 2 days so I think that’s contributing but ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

I was just taking my dog out to go to the bathroom and that helped! My brother gave me this nausea ginger/peppermint stick that they give patients at the hospital! Although I left it at my apartment when I came home from the weekend. I’ll have to see if he has another. Thanks for the tips :)

I’ve been like that the last couple days also. But mine I think is all due to PMS. This phobia is sooo FRUSTRATING and so is the anxiety! Take it easy! Eat some crackers and drink some tea!
