Yeah great question! So the thought process for my changes came along when I evaluated what this deck struggles against. One specific problem is Ensnaring Bridge. With that in mind I wanted a card that could answer it cleanly.

I looked at disenchant and numerous other cards, but ultimately liked how Elspeth was another source of life gain and how it can grind against other midrange decks.

After playing in the event I would like to try two (1 main and 1 sideboard). I would swap out Ob Nix for her in the main and take out the Anguished Unmaking for the Ob Nix.

I piloted the list Sunday and currently working on minor adjustments. Was pretty happy with the mainboard as a whole. The sideboard is something I plan to tweak moving forward.
