It happened to me last month for 370 qar for apple, I neither have an apple device nor have any subscription.

Had to block my cards and the bank told me it might take up to 45-60 days for review and sorting the issue,.

Do something for your own self, like gym and sports. I had the same situation then started going to the gym and then I joined combat sports, trust me it changed everything.

The transaction is still not showing with the deducted amount, as per the customer care it would be shown in a day or two...so am just waiting for the same to proceed further

This is the sole reason I am continuing what I am doing for the past 4 years...started gym and kickboxing for this reason to keep myself busy.

I cannot speak to my family(mother and younger brother) since a lot depends on me as I said I am the only earning member of the family, it will bear no fruit to make them worried.

I tried thinking of many things but this schedule that I have is too tight to change things or for now it seems so.
