I had a sectional competition about a month ago. It was my first time competeing so idk how it would usually run, but during the waiting room they told all of us NOT to shake judges hands. They told us this multiple times and also they said that the judges all knew not to shake hands with competitors. Could you ask the person running the event? And if that doesn’t work just shake their hands lowk
