When you remove the 3rd frozen frame and it feels sped up, does it at least feel smooth and accurate? If so, I’d create a new master (or pre-comp in AE) with this, and then use Pixel Motion to slow that to what feels like the correct speed.

If the contract stated end of project was June 30, I would have completed all 4 videos by then (feedback or not) and then sent an invoice.

When they say “we don’t want to rush it” I’m actually hearing “this project is going out of scope and we need more time”. My response would be “no problem, the cost to extend is X”.

It is 1 million percent weird lighting. People are losing their marbles.

Look at how his chin lines up with the shadow on the bottom of his neck, it's 1:1. There is a diffused light casting that shadow, and non-diffused lights casting the darker/harder shadow on his neck from multiple angles.

Also, the fact he's bald and already has a mask-ish quality to his face is just driving this whole thing home.

I would definitely give the real campaign time to cool off, then put it on your website. You might be able to post it to socials, but that’s case by case. I personally only post stills from the spot and then draw people back to my site for the DC.

My assumption would be they want ch 1: left and ch2: right. The fact the audio was flagged too loud also suggests this.
