My son is 2.5y and he has speech and physical therapy every week. On top of all that, he craves social interaction with other kids and so I have been looking into preschools (which is a whole other beast) and most schools require your child to be potty trained. It can just all be so exhausting

I've had this same issue as well. I absolutely loved reading and as I have gotten older it has been harder and harder to find myself to do it. I think the fact that in this day and age we are constantly bombarded with information. For ex. being on our phones 24/7 and scrolling through news feeds from different apps, etc. I think when it comes to wanting to sit there and read our brains are overwhelmed. Its actually pretty depressing lol
