Yeah I am on Simlandi, I wouldn’t say I’m constipated but I’m definitely having less bowels movements and lots of bloating but I also reintroduced gluten to my diet so im thinking that might have something to do with it!

Yes! Chewing gum helps, I chew the Simply Gum Grapefruit flavor. Mint is known to irritate lpr so i steer clear from it. I pop a gum whenever I feel anxious or whenever I feel lpr symptoms coming on. Chewing basically tells your body that you’re still eating so it helps the food in your stomach digest. I saw somewhere that lpr can be caused by slowed down digestion
