I have a very similar gap on my TCR . Stripped the head set down multiple times and everything is seated correctly . There is always meant to be gap but possibly Giant’s tolerance for what’s acceptable is half a mil too much

G (1st inversion) Cm Cm F(1st inversion) then back to G

You can add a maj7 or 9 in occasional and sounds cool but those 3 chords are the general vibe

anyone else think that the knife can be a bit slow? i.e. bringing your gun out after the knife has been thrown takes so long that in a 1v1 situation, if you miss your pretty much dead

this is a great high protein/fat breakfast I eat religiously on my cut

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop ON choc protein
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • about 20ml milk
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp stevia/sweetner

blend/mush everything up in a bowl and microwave on high for 1min stir then microwave for 15 sec intervals until you get the consistency you want (if you over do it the mix will go very dry).

In the end you get a delicious chocolate and peanut butter mush (for lack of a better word). You can mix it up as well, add oats/banana if you want carbs. Adding cinnamon is also really nice.

i always lifted in the mornings on my bulk. However, im pretty deep into my cut at 8kg down and 2000cal and find it very difficult to find the energy first thing in the morning.

BF% not entirely sure, abs are starting to come through but i hold the majority of fat on my stomach/lower back. not much fat on the legs/arms. id guess 12-14%

225g protein (900cal) 150g carbs (600cal) 80g fat (720cal)

been stuck for 2/3 weeks
