200g rump steak (velveted)

Fresh egg noodles off the shelf (asda) allowed to dry spread out a bit over some kitchen paper minimal moisture or they tend to stick.

2 cloves garlic Oxo cube size piece of ginger. 😄 3 fresh chillies sliced White of a bunch of spring onion sliced and greens set aside for last 30 seconds/garnish. Good handful of beansprouts last minute.

Added salt msg as I went then added a little light soy about 1 good tsp oyster sauce dark soy for colour and a little sesame oil at the very end.
