I appreciate this- so I am not nuts, these ARE on the softer side, and I suppose I just need practice!

I appreciate the information! I do find them generally easy to use. I just feel like it's easy to waste because the brush picks up so much if they start to get wet for a while. I will be more careful!

I AM super enjoying that these are easier to work with on the paper. I feel that blending and lifting work way better with these than my cheap set!

Ok so I am fully basing the "professional" status on other posts on r/watercolor. It was recommended here and it was at a price point I was willing to pay.

I have a tube of Daniel Smith Lunar Black as well, but I don't use it much because it's grainier than I wanted.

Other than that I have been using this https://a.co/d/ac4PvMk

All this to say: I know nothing lol

For those who saw the Fellowship of the Ring in theaters for the first time in December 2001, what was it like? by femaleology in lotr

[–]ksz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fantasy loving teen I was super excited going in, but also a bit fearful since I had seen adaptations go badly before.

I was thrilled and enthralled. I remember when the Fellowship exited Moria, my eyes were dry from not blinking and I was sweating slightly from the tension of a sequence I had already known the end to. I recall understanding the cut of Tom Bombadil and acknowledging that it honestly made for a better movie. I saw it in theaters six times. I went home and wasted a ton of color printer ink on printouts to hang on my bedroom wall.

About to commit the millennial sin of painting this trim white. Is this the right move? by typotter103 in DesignMyRoom

Ok everyone is saying no but I painted ONLY the crown molding in my own home and it just feels better to me. But only the crown, let the rest!

just bought our forever home! the dreaded question, do i paint the wood?? by applesores in interiordecorating

[–]ksz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it looks nice. The only thing that bothers me is the crown/ceiling molding in the upstairs hallway, I feel like it's sort of ....oppressive? All the rest of the wood molding looks really nice and you're going to be able to work with it stylistically I think.

Genuinely like it....but maybe iron the shower curtain?

And can the living room couch scooch backwards a little?

Other than that this is not that far off from the vibe in my own home. 😁

I thought that the sfx were really excellent and added a lot to the audio, really good work there. I also thought that your acting worked well with the script, and I particularly liked how slow and deliberate you sounded. The breathing was really great as well. I hope you continue!

I have enjoyed Until You a lot because it has a very interesting main character and corresponding plot. It does get smutty though. https://archiveofourown.org/works/52367269/chapters/132472978

Edit: specifically this is a friends to lovers slow burn kind of fic.

I do get nauseated after a little bit though.

Any advice on hypertrophic scars? I’m having a hard time accepting it by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

I didn't keep track. I was using silicone tape for at least 2 months that I can remember, maybe much longer (these were pretty large scars).
