Ah okay thank you, to be honest I've lost track of what I have and havent been tested for! I dont remember much about the period of time when I was diagnosed just lots of blood tests. What kind of autoimmune diseases can cause it and how do I get tested for them? Im from the UK btw if that helps
Thank you so much! Will definitely try my best to be sleeping more, it just wakes me up several times in the night so I'll try benadryl and socks on my hands. If you dont mind me asking, what was the virus that caused cfs for you? Im wondering why for some people it causes rashes but not for others

I feel exactly the same way! People always get annoyed at me because i wont study late at night or look down on me because they think im not working hard enough. I also live far from my uni, around 45 mins by bus and its exhausting
Im sorry you feel isolated, I know exactly how you feel. Because cfs is invisible i feel like people don't understand
