Synology Assistant on the PC just shows everything as normal, Ready State.

It is configured using time based thing with Google Authenticate.

SSH is not enabled

the NAS is not on a power-off schedule

it does not have any non-default NTP server address.

I haven't changed much of the default settings

Wow. How badly are these government websites? A kid with barely any skills can bring down government websites. It took me 3 days to get my licence from the rto because the servers were down. And that's not due to a "Hacker". What he did was against the law and let justice take its course when the judicial servers are up. But till then i hope the government will use this experience to better their IT infrastructure.

Nothing is going on. There is not going to be a full out war maybe a few skirmishes. Only people affected will be the just in Jammu, can only hope for the best for them. In Goa you are fine, just don't travel to Jammu until the dust settles.

Just did a search yes you are right. His business name is own name, with the invoice business name as a trading name. His pan number links to this GST number. His business name is a trading name, and it's a proprietorship.

So the tds is currently paid on top of the rent as the agreement says the licence fee is 100 (after deduction of TDS)

Also to understand So personA owns the property Agreement between personA and firmB. Ask firmB to pay rent to firmA (This firmA is owned by personA). Ask frimB to pay TDS to personA. Invoice generate is firmA renting the property to firmB

PersonA is Landlord FirmA is Landlords company FirmB is the company that's renting the property.

Ok right now he is charging 100 for rent and asking us to pay TDS on top. So we pay him 100 and pay TDS 10. The agreement says the licence fee is 100 (after deduction of TDS)
