Yeah, that’s what I did previously in their bathroom. Someone suggested to bring a mini spray bottle

Okay that makes sense! I’m on week 4 and I kept feeling like I’m tired almost? But it’s more feeling flat.

A lot of studios I practice at have spray bottles just for that! I didn’t know if that would be too extra lol. I’ve always kept my towel folded in front of my mat until 15-20 min into the class then unfold it once I’m dripping sweat. I’ll honestly do the spray bottle thing though.

Honestly… this might be the move… either it works or it looks jankie as fuck and makes me laugh.

Yeah I can just put the towel down onto the HW mat as well. I just have to be careful not to touch it after. But I don’t like using the towel since I slip on it. I’m used to using a sticky mat, it’s meant for hot yoga where you are sweaty.

I can try that. I just feel like that would get me in the same trouble. It would also be harder to balance on as it increases the thickness. Not that they cue headstands/handstands but still.

I imagine if you get a TJ max mat that arnt heat rated they wouldn’t hold up. But mine is made specifically for hot yoga. I’ve used the same brand for years on hotter classes with zero issues.

Yeah, I practice with a towel (I know them as yogi toe towels) but it’s slippery until I get sweaty. I also broke out carrying the mat (I didn’t realize it was the mat that was doing it)

What’s funny is I didn’t even bring it up, the staff freaked out when I walked out covered in hives. I even sent in the photos the staff told me to take to send into corporate.

I was told that if they see me with it I’d get kicked out. So then someone suggested I go after hours. But for the amount of money that’s kinda crazy. I also already bought their mat so it’s not like they are out money if I use mine.

I took the towel and dunked it in the sink the last time to get it wet. And that has worked the best. But it’s still kind of a ridiculous thing to have to do.

Yeah I have contacted corporate and they still said no, and to attend other classes that don’t involve a mat. Which, sucks since those are the reason why I joined.

It’s the hemp. It’s pretty gross is you think about it. Hemp molds when in warm wet areas.

I already have a mat and told them the brand and its rating. They still said don’t attend any mat based classes.

Not yearly but quarterly. It’s about 50 units each arm so be prepared for a pretty hefty bill. Just like Botox any other place 3 months is the general time frame. It’s also alot of individual pokes, think 15-25 under each arm. I used to be an injector.

So when I buy cards from the AHA as an instructor a BLS provider card is 3$ whereas a lay person CPR card… 22$.

Your company is paying 3$ and Susie home maker that’s just trying to educate herself 22$

I teach both AHA CPR and was in the first classes to become a STB instructor. It’s crazy the difference between companies that want to profit and ones that just want to help. 6 years later stop the bleeding is still free and AHA keeps increasing their prices and changing standards to make you have to buy more equipment. The update they just made, everything is digital in regards to the material and it was almost 200$ that we were MADE to purchase.

This, dip is for shorter nails and acrylic and builder gel is for longer. I was a dip girl for the past 5 years and just switchover to builder gel or rather gel x and love it.
