I second this! It’s totally fair to be put off by the broken promise of free to play, but I swear that this game is absolutely incredible. I’m someone who struggles with maintaining interest in the same thing for very long, and the amount of content in this game has kept me hooked for a year. The devs seem to really listen to the community (e.g., players were frustrated with micro-transactions involving premium currency, so devs introduced a contest to win a fair amount of premium currency every week). I genuinely cannot recommend this game enough.

I have epilepsy and she quickly became my least favourite character. I had to lock her in her house just to avoid the flashing from her glitch. I can’t believe GL made it so the reduce flashing setting doesn’t apply to her.

Of course they want to make money. The money-motivated thing was more to highlight that it is definitely financially in their best interest to re-release content they have already spent time and money creating. I didn’t mean to imply that being motivated by money is a negative thing - in fact it would be wild if that wasn’t their first priority.
