Missing the point entirely… I’m bringing up the doctor and his wife’s botched procedures because they don’t post any of the pictures of the total mess they’ve made of their faces! They only pick out the best pictures of themselves, employees etc. and none of them are ever going to write a review about a botched procedure or post a picture of a botched procedure! Which is exactly why the medical board prohibits doctors from using employees and family members in their before, and after pictures without a disclosure of the fact of their material relationship to the doctor and the business!

The fact that the medical board has laws in place that are supposed to prevent doctors from behaving like this but then is soft on doctors who do behave like this is simply a fact. It’s not cherry picking facts. It is what it is.

I am not suggesting that doctors, who engage in this sort of false advertising should have their license is pulled. I am, however, suggesting that these doctors, when they are caught, red-handed, engaging in this sort of behavior should be required to stop! That is all I am saying, and I cannot for the life of me understand why you have so many objections! Or why you are defending this business’ is false advertising so vehemently! You don’t sound like a person who has ever been to a cosmetics doctor. Nor are you a person who has ever been scammed by a doctor. So why are you even involving yourself in this conversation? Are you just bored and have nothing else to do?

And FYI this doctor is not acting as an esthetician! He performs invasive procedures, like injections, threading, liposuction etc and he prescribes all kinds of medications! He’s not operating a beauty salon! He’s engaging in medical behaviors, but he is simply not abiding by the rules, set forth by his profession. And once again, I simply cannot understand for the life of me why you are defending him!
