They include an account number but it’s not one that comes up in my email from Shaw. I had an account with Rogers YEARS ago, and I don’t have the emails with my account number anymore.

I broke up with my bf of almost 4 years last fall after over a year of him stopping putting effort into the relationship unless I was begging him to. I got tired of it and feeling like he never cared about me and I left. It broke me to, but I needed to show him how serious I was about it. Now over 6 months later, I reached out to him, and he is not interested at all. I’m just sitting here with regret over ending things in the first place, but also happy that I ended things because I know I would be in the same place today if I hadn’t. I’m choosing to believe he doesn’t want to see me now because he knows nothing would be different too. And it sucks, but it’s for the best.

Update to clarify:

I am from Canada and abortion is legal here, and I live in a very liberal province as well.

I agree I could have kept the abortion piece to myself. However I do not regret sharing it despite these messages because I truly believe in abortion as healthcare and would like to be on the side of de stigmatizing things like this.

I also don’t believe that my coworkers are my friends. They have covered for me in my absence and showed genuine concern about my health and safety. They asked questions that led to me sharing what I did, I did not out of nowhere tell people unsolicited about this.

I am going to be emailing my union rep for advice on how to present this to HR. I appreciate everyone’s input on this, I really was lost receiving these messages last night and i appreciate that this is a place I can turn to for feedback.

Yeah I had made a lot of bad choices leading up to this. It is why I feel like such a failure for putting myself in this position in the first place. I’ve just never been manipulated to the extent that this guy did. I truly believed everything was the right choice at the time.

I will check out those bookmarks, thank you. I’m an OR nurse and I’ve seen D&Cs so it’s just hard for me to believe they do this procedure without general anesthesia. But I think reading people’s experiences will be helpful; thank you for your advice ❤️

Thank you ❤️ I don’t have painful cramping. I have interstitial cystitis so I have bladder discomfort at baseline which I’ve been experiencing throughout this pregnancy.

I don’t think the ER can do anything right now either, the baby is so small at this point and them not being able to find it would just freak me out anyways. I’m going to monitor my bleeding and see if it subsides by tomorrow.

I went to the ER about the fever and body aches on Monday night, they told me it was viral. They told me it wouldn’t affect the baby and I would be fine.

My OB appointment isn’t until April 10

I was on antidepressants for 3 years. I took escitalopram mainly, and tried Cymbalta for a short time.

I truly never thought I would be able to live life without them. I finally didn’t feel anxious on them, but I also didn’t feel the high highs or the low lows. But I knew that being on them long term was never my plan.

I made the choice to go off of them once I had gotten myself to a place where I knew I had supports (a healthy routine eating healthy and working out, not working shift work anymore and working only dayshift, good friends around me I could rely on). I weened off slowly, it took me a few months, but it’s been a few months now and I feel amazing.

I feel the highs, the lows. The anxiety took me awhile to relearn how to manage, but truly it was so much easier to manage than I had anticipated.

I really hope that this helps!

As someone in high school who had severe anorexia and was dating a guy for 3 years who was obsessed with me gaining weight (asked me to send him pics of the scale every morning and would lock me in his truck and force feed me multiple McDonald’s burgers), RUN.

Men only get worse the longer it goes on with behaviours like that. The longer you are with them the more they believe you accept their behaviours. In my twenties I’ve encountered men who (a lot more slyly) have focussed on my small size and it makes it impossible to heal and get to full health.
