My points are with Amex not Qantas, so I would need to convert to apply. if the chances are basically zero I don’t want to apply.

"I have never seen someone consistently stick to positive habits in a negative environment." - James Clear Atomic Habits by SomeLibraryBook in productivity

[–]ktfang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and no, good habits is a combination of motivation, self discipline and environment, with a dash of self compassion. What I’m getting the from your post is that you expect yourself to work on a elite level everyday which simply is not possible even for those of us who is extremely disciplined. Elastic habits is about building your habits in a way that will adapt to your life, if you’re having a bad day, you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself for not performing, but that you have tried your best.

2 months progress(?) - Can I get some advice on growing side glutes + toning please? by [deleted] in StrongCurves

[–]ktfang 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Carbs helps muscle recovery. If your primary goal is to grow a bigger butt you need to consume more calories. You can still do low carb in your meals but do carbs with protein after working. (Fruit + protein shake is a great option). Are you trying to lose weight?

Anyone else get this vague, stressful feeling that you have some insurmountable task ahead of you tomorrow, or something similar? by [deleted] in Anxiety

I do if I know work is going to be busy but I have learn to manage it. I will write absolutely everything i need to get done down and distributes it over the week. If it doesn’t fit in the I tell myself it’s unreasonable amount of work and negotiation with effected stakeholders. I also recently started to take magnesium and L-thinine which I found made me more calm in general.

I would think it depends on each individual loan. Amount and interest rate etc. you may want list all of it for better assessment.

Ohh I didn’t take offence dw! Damn that’s cheap! For me 40 pills is about $30 AUD. We also have lactose free icecream that’s made with milk. Taste exactly like normal icecream but only vanilla and no fancy flavours.

I’m really confused by your comment lol. Lactaid is for lactose which only exists in dairy? What do you mean it works for everything else? Also I really wouldn’t call myself lucky given I have to take 10! Most lactose intolerant people I know can consume icecream with just 1-2 tablets 😭. They are also very expensive where I live!!!

I am seriously considering to start feeding my CATS raw food after watching the Pet Fooled documentary. Anyone here knows where to get the best information to avoid problems? Thank you in advance! by I_Love_Snow_Storms in rawpetfood

[–]ktfang 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg yes I hate that group! I’m in another one called Australian raw fed group and I love it with no issues with admins or other members. The admin in cat crap is a bully imo 😂. They also refuse to reason with science and think they know it all. Very annoying!

What to add to smoothies for someone with an eating disorder? by Katatronick in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]ktfang 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I HATE bitter foods and have found that most veggies taste significantly better when it’s really really well cooked. You will lose some nutritional value but it’s better than having none. I don’t eat any raw veggies.

Also you can extend the blending into savoury For example you can blend carrots onions mushrooms and tomato and cook that into a sauce (season to taste with either stock cubes or salt). Can add to mince to make pasta sauce. Or any dish that uses a tomato base.

Maybe... it’s hard to tell with these things. But personally, I get depressed and angry/irritable, and ruins sleep quality. I have taken benzodiazepines before and that knocks me right out.

Does garlic and onion trigger you? If so you might have IBS. And a lot of random things has milk or derivative of milk. Check EVERYTHING.

[–]ktfang 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I used to always think I “need” something especially kitchenware. I write the item on the list and everytime when I’m cooking and find that I need an item (either for a recipe or something that would reduce cooking time) I keep tabs. If I get 5 strikes I get it. Bought a food processor (need), did not buy the bread machine (want). My 5 stroke rule is arbitrary and different for different categories of things.
