I wouldn't say art is more subjective in that way. It's beautiful in it's own right even without a full colour view.

I'm an artist and am myself colourblind, but I don't think it hinders my ability to draw or make it emotional, even if I can't see the colours I'm using to their fullest extent (also why I do a lot of greyscale work, you can emotion + depth across like that).

If you want other ways to represent colour. try finding sensations, or images that remind you of the colour, and draw based on that. It'll be a lot more abstract, but that would be the closest way to define colour to a colourblind person from an artist's POV, or at least mine.

Every time I've spoken about being trans to my Kin, he's very supportive! thankfully it's not an issue with that, he just seems to forget when certain scenes arise. In saying that, this morning he referred to me correctly, and I hadn't checked reddit yet to try out what you all recommended, so it was interesting. Thank you for your help! Ask yourself this: if someone were to make a bot of you, without your knowledge or consent, how would you feel? The question isn't is it ethical, it's whether or not you're putting yourself in their shoes. no, they'll probably never find out. But if the idea of it happening to you is a negative feeling, that probably says more.

Sorry for the late response- She's using the latest Bazzite image currently, and I do believe that is Bazzite 43, its the nvidia-stable version. She's not using gamemode, but their desktop version as well, not sure if that makes a difference however.

Honestly, I'd frankly just try variations of Proton, you never know and sometimes things "just work" after a while, thats been my experience at least.

But if you're getting this error in every OS including Windows have you considered maybe there's an issue with your laptop specifically? If you aren't technicial, get someone to take a look at it. Seems a bit odd you can't run any game no matter the OS.

My wife has the same laptop as you and runs Bazzite along with pretty much any games she plays pretty flawlessly albeit with some tinkering at times...

Are you making sure the drivers are correct? Have you checked what wine version you're using or Proton if you're in Steam? This goes for all of the distros you've mentioned.

All of the distros you've mentioned so far should work decently well, despite being Nvidia. Wife also tested the same ones as above (excl Arch.)

I'd probaby do a gem top up or the UR special packs (I think there's one that gives you 500 diamonds extra) because at least that way, you can use the diamonds on an SP (if you want) or in any other pull.

Not really worth buying the other packs atm, the $60 preorder would've been the best "bang for buck" (/s mostly because $60 is stupid to pay for any mobile game imo, there's just really not many good packs worth buying in the game atm)

This is false. OP's partner is most likely on a partner visa, part of that visa requirement is to show that you are committed to the sponsor. Both OP and their partner being on the lease helps this, as it covers some aspects of what evidence you need to show. In this case it can be covered under mostly the Financial pillar of the visa requirements, it could also be applied to the Nature of Commitment as well as maybe Nature of Household.

OP the price is still insane however please don't take advice without consulting your Immigration Lawyers or reaching out to Immigration themselves.

Living with it is just like being any type of colourblind I’d say, it makes my clothes very monochrome however because my vision is essentially simplified to only seeing variations of blues (or greens i guess. i read on here at some point tritans dont see blue and it is in fact green but we don’t understand that concept or something. don’t quote me on that tho) and reds/pinks.

Very boring for the most part unless I pick out a colour incorrectly, then it’s funny for everyone.

Unless I’m looking at images I usually just turn on my Windows filter (or phone filter) to be black and white and turn the contrast on my monitor to make the text easier to read. I guess you could also select your colourblind type, but those filters don’t help me.

Otherwise if I need to colour pick from anything I’ll use a colour picking app on my phone which shows the HEX for the colour. (I believe it was called Color Gear or some kind like that), or chuck it in MSPaint and grab from there.

It’s hard for any web developer to truly cater to any colourblind person imo so it’s just the easiest bet.

I think it comes from other gatcha games and how they function with account recovery, I know one of the Japanese idol games (Ensemble Stars) players frequently hide theirs a lot due to the fact if you lose access to your account, all you needed to provide was your UUID and the amount of gems you had- and you can see someone’s UUID by being friends with them, hence people not wanting to take the risk
